Abstract:
Ticket remission policy is an important measure to accelerate the development of tourism throughout the country and realize the sustainable development of scenic spots and even the tourism industry. However, scenic spots also face the operational dilemma of relying too much on the “ticket economy”. It is of practical significance to study the profit model innovation of scenic spots. The paper studies the current ticket remission policy, and analyzes the profit model of scenic spots with Slywotzky theory. The results show that broadening the source of profit, enriching the profit point, using profit levers and building a profit barrier are the four key directions for scenic spots to grow profit. Taking the internal and external development environment of scenic spots into consideration, this paper proposes four profit models: “to enrich profit points”, “to build pyramid effect of scenic spots”, “to highlight outstanding features of scenic spots” and “to take advantages of policy support”, from the perspectives of industrial chain-factors, products-profits, cultural creativity-added value, and examples-learning from advanced experiences of other scenic spots. Combined with the case analysis of several scenic spots, it explores breakthrough points of the profit model of scenic spot, which may offer some reference for scenic spots to build innovativeticket economyand increase comprehensive income.
