Basic Helmet Digital Template

This simple PDF template can be printed out on any Letter sized printer and be used to make your own basic helmet form out of EVA foam.

This two page template file is designed to make a quick and easy, basic helmet form that can be adapted to fit many costume helmets. Simply print out the template onto card stock with any Letter sized printer, cut out and assemble the pieces, and then transfer those designs onto your foam material for construction. Flip the printed template over to transfer the other side of the pattern.
